In a departure from previous years, presidential ballots will now be counted before the parliamentary ballots at all polling station nationwide.

Electoral commission Head of Traing Department ,Dr.Serebour Quaicoe, made this announcement in response to a question posed by the General Secretary of the Great consolidated Popular Party (GCPP) , Citizen Ato Dadzie during a recent high- level meeting at the Ghana Police Service Command Centre.

The meeting which included representatives from the National Democratic Congress, New patriotic Party ,and other Parties was held in collaboration with senior security official to discuss measures for a secure fair and peaceful election.
