In a recent development, the Inspector-General of Police has reassigned former EOCO boss, Maame Yaa Tiwa Addo-Danquah, to the Police Research and Planning department.

This move, which takes immediate effect, was confirmed by the Public Affairs Directorate of the Ghana Police Service in a statement issued on March 19, 2025.

Maame Yaa Tiwa Addo-Danquah, a seasoned police officer, brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Prior to this reassignment, she served as the Executive Director of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO).

Her expertise will undoubtedly be valuable in driving research and planning initiatives within the police service.
