Maono has launched the T5 Wave, a compact lavalier microphone designed to deliver studio-quality audio on various devices, including smartphones, cameras, and laptops. The T5 Wave boasts advanced noise cancellation capabilities, a long-lasting battery, and a sleek, metallic design.
This miniature mic is poised to rival the popular Hollyland Lark M2, offering similar specs at a competitive price point. The T5 Wave can record 48kHz/24bit audio and features a maximum sound pressure level (SPL) of 120 decibels and a signal-to-noise ratio of 80 decibels.
One of the standout features of the T5 Wave is its intelligent noise cancellation system, which can be fine-tuned with 14 stages and three different modes. Additionally, the mic comes with voice filters that enhance audio qualities such as warmth and brightness.
The T5 Wave has a battery life of up to 30 hours, thanks to its TWS earbud-style case. The mic’s transmitters can maintain a connection with the receiver even when they are up to 1,000 feet apart.
Maono is offering the T5 Wave in a bundle with three different receiver types, including USB-C, Lightning, and TRS 3.5mm jack options. The first two receivers come with pass-through charging capabilities.
The Maono T5 Wave is now available on Amazon at a recommended price of $149.99, although it is currently discounted to $109, undercutting the Hollyland Lark M2’s price point.
