President John Mahama has officially revoked the appointment of Edward Nana Yaw Koranteng as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Minerals Income and Investment Fund (MIIF).
The announcement was made through a statement released by the Executive Secretary to the President, Dr. Callistus Mahama.
According to the statement, the Finance Minister-designate, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, has been assigned to oversee the operations of the fund until a new CEO is appointed.
In line with this directive, Mr. Koranteng has been instructed to transfer all responsibilities to Dr. Forson, ensuring a seamless transition in leadership.
