Ghana’s award-winning rapper Sarkodie delivered an unforgettable performance in Kumasi over the weekend, defying heavy rainfall during his Rapperholic 2025 Homecoming Concert.

Thousands of fans filled the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, braving the rain to watch the multiple award-winning artist perform some of his biggest hits, including Adonai, Non-Living Thing, and Otan.

Despite the wet weather, the energy never dropped. Sarkodie’s flawless stagecraft, charisma, and crowd connection turned the night into one of the most memorable live shows of the year.

“Kumasi always shows me love. Rain or shine, you people never disappoint,” Sarkodie said after his performance, drawing loud cheers from the crowd.

The Sarkodie Kumasi Concert also featured supporting performances from artists such as King Promise, Kofi Jamar, and Amerado, who kept the audience hyped throughout the evening.
